Pretty good summary. Mind you there are a half dozen 'Majors' that could fund the required program almost out of petty cash. Scary just how much ready cash these fellow have available for 'deals'.

Noront isn't playing hard to get but neither are they begging for a deal since they don't have to. Would they sign a deal next week perhaps a bit sweeter to a major than a deal presented in 2 months? My guess is they would and not so sure Noront or others would try to play the 'majors' off against each other if an honest, fair, win/win deal was on the table.
