Chrome Blackbird 2

A map with the latest drillhole positions from Blackbird 2.

If you compare the drilllocations BB2 to BB1, the drilling on BB2 covers a much bigger area. The drillholes are much wider spread. Apparently Noronts primary objective now is to further delineate size and area of the chrome deposit rather than focussing on the smaller richer drillholes.

Another interesting observation is that no mineralisation was hit in recent holes 1G63 and 1G66 to 68, drilled near the border of FNC. This makes with the earlier drill (holes 1G1, 4, 5, 7 testing anomaly 1A) 8 holes with no mineralisation ???? near the FNC border, just north of AT1.

A more detailed picture of BB2:

Regarding the size of massive chrome layers, the recently released visuals on BB2 holes appear not to be as important as BB1.

However, reviewing visuals, massive chrome layers (holes 1G59, 61, 64, 65, 69) add up to 85.4 mtrs of massive chrome. as you can see below. Holes 1G61&64 are very rich with a distance of +/- 180 mtrs. Interesting, because you can see that hole 1G61 is rather a stepout hole to the north of the other holes, returning favourable massive cr layers.
