A surge at the end of the day on FWR would be due to positive feedback on Something (THE OTHER STUFF) other than more Chronite hits. And more so if it is felt FWR will be halted and made to create a News Release accounting for the continued surge into the close.

Thus, as long as the FWR SP holds up toward the Close the late new Surge is a distince possanility. Otherwise, the Shorts will give the SP a fight to stem their losses on the day. Either which way it goes, the Shorts will have to go deeper into the FAT trying to save their Bacon.
