Seems to me stocks only go up on rumours.

Noront and VMS Ventures both had great news this week and SP isn't moving.

I know it's a violation to start rumours about a buy-in, but if shorters are allowed to screw up our SP, why can't we have a rumour about a buy-in ?

I'm not starting a rumour, just want it to be true !
