We need to be careful what we wish for. These guys do not come bearing gifts and will take advantage at every opportunity to come in with extremely undervalued takeover bids in this difficult market. Fortunately for us, Richard Nemis was smart enough to cash us up early and arrange many joint ventures while also staking more area. We do not know what is going on behind the scenes and it is probably best that they are keeping things close to their chest until they can come out with the barnburner Richard mentioned. The market just yawns today. I am just waiting and holding as usual.
