It might help, but, they would just use the naked shorting route.. Until naked shorting is ended we will continue in the same old, same old. What we need is a new exchange that does not allow naked shorting and the mining companies to delist from those that do... That is aready happening to a limited extent, in that some companies have delisted from Canadian and moved to the american exchange. A number of laws suites are proceeding in the states involving RED SHOW stocks.
