Good point and likely important. However I can't see a 'Major' obtaining control over all mineralization in ROF or wanting to try 'at this time'.

For the Nickel, Gold, PGMS, Zinc and Copper deposits it's just far too early to put any kind of valuation on. Lots of work before the exploration companies involved even have a good idea of potential and they will want to get maximum price for their claims.

For complete control or buy out you need to get the buyer and seller to agree that the deal is fair. Right now the potential sellers will not be interested in talking. Maybe for a jv stake but no more than that.

However the Chromite deposits on their own could present an opportunity for aggressive 'Major'. Now we're looking at a 10 Kilometer plus strike zone with limited number of exploration companies involved. NOT/FWR/BMK/SPQ/FNC all of whom know each other and can work together.

The exploration companies probably would like to gain the respect and share valuation some kind of partnership with a Major would bring AS WELL AS the exploration cash they'd kick in. The 'Major' on the other hand gets in before the full size of deposit is defined and can get a better entry price.

Sounds reasonable but then we've been going through some unreasonable Market conditions so who knows what will occur. At least the above gives us hope for a much faster deal than complete control.
