maybe Agoracom could forward this to Noront ( IMO d12 probably summarises everyones concerns with the sp) and ask Richard if he could possibly respond. If not to the directly to the four points he raised but at least to the issues. Agoracom could even post his comments for all of us to read. As d12 said even some table scaps at this juncture would be something.

Agoracom can you please forward d12's post to RN and maybe he will get a better understanding of the frustration that the members have are feeling
