Important - Temporary Ban on Short Selling of Financial Stocks
The SEC has announced that they have temporarily prohibiting any person from effecting a short sale in the publicly traded securities of certain financial entities. According to the Emergency Order, "all persons are prohibited from short selling any publicly traded securities" of certain financial firms.
