YET----- they what to find more chromite and PGE's and JV more area plays tie up close to 80% ( before a JV with Xstrada or vale or Glencore or etc.) can proceed--------I for one believe there is a strategy in place before the BIG move can take place--I believe most on this board know this but are having a hard time getting it through to some------I know this is hard to take what were going through but --there is a reason behind this new vision-----all this changed when the NEW people were brought in-----happy I might add smart people
