I trust you will if not have already reas the Bloomberg article I just posted.

The only ones who will exscape immediate responsibility for getting this mess underway are those who bailed to leave others holding the Bag, so to speak.

But the records are all there to be reviewed and the Act of Congress should be structured so as those Folk get the just reward fot their BRILLIANCE.

Again, it could be accomplished and should be accomplished.
