I completly understand your frustration Sum and agree with most of what you said. As one of the perma bulls though, it must be said that if Noront is the Black swan of stocks, the market overall since last August 2007, the announcement of the the sub-prime crisis is also a black swan. It has been nearly 3 generations since we have had such a horrible market and for anyone to expect or even plan for a worse case scenario like this one is impossible. Even Greenspan called this a one in a hundred year mess!! I was and still am very excited about this great company. The potential for a HUGE return on investment is still here, but we must now way this against the backdrop of a possible depression in the US. No one ever though those words could ever be spoken again in the present tense but here we are none the less. Where does one park his money in this type of market? I believe NOT is still a good bet although a hedge with gold is not a bad idea either.
Cheers,
Glorieux
