I do like the approach you have taken. Only one problem with it and that is your valuing not Chromite Ore but processed FerroChrome.

It's not FerroChrome in the ground on the claims it's very rich chromite ore and will be valued by any major as ore not processed FerroChrome. The large profit to be had for changing the ore into processed material may well incline them to pay a higher percentage of value for the ore but the ore will be valued somewhere between $500 and $600 a tonne.

Really just means you have to considerably increase the size of deposit required to obtain 10.75 billion in value.
