You got my vote for Windfall being significant. Maybe as much for the potential to dig out fast a lot of gold, convert to cash and drill ROF faster.

Windfall isn't in the early stages but in later stages and yes we don't have enough information to say what total resource is. Plenty of drilling that does indicates a lot of very rich zones and parts of zones.

Noront put the ramp in because it was going to be the biggest bang for the buck and allow for underground work to prove out resources. It could have cost the same dollars to do this from above ground drilling and they'd still have to drive a ramp afterwards.

My bet is that Noront is counting on pulling out enough gold within the first year to completely pay back the cost of driving the access ramp. My rule of thumb is that you don't spend $12 million unless you are awfully sure it will net you $24 million and within an 18mth timeframe.
