It is a different project indeed. Diamonds take a horrendous amount of time to develop into meaningful finds to say nothing of a fully fledged mine. Your point is true and well taken, though had road access been in place for NOT in the ROF, they could be extracting in very short order not withstanding the permitting aspect, which I believe NOT is already taking baby steps towards.
