I may have missed something or overlooked one of the posts when they were talking about the AGM meeting to be held in Toronto this October 30th. On Noronts new web site it states that it is the Annual General & Special Meeting of the Shareholders, what is the SPECIAL part about. ?????..RL Thanks in advance for reply.
