But given that there will be an almost sweeping change in the positions of Decision Makers, and hopefully in the Implementers as well, The current cohort are working franticly to not only put the Crowning Top on their Handy Work, they are busy trying to sweep the floow behind them and mop up while they still can.

Thus, the big UNKNOWN going into 2009 is: What will be left to clean up before doing the New Decorating. And what options will there really be in terms of choices for the make over? And which among the seemingly very limited choices will be attempted?

PS: Whoever suceeds in inhearting the Run Down OLD HOUSE may want or even NEED to start with the Foundations and the Floor Boards and work up after PATCHING the Roof (assuming they need not have to also totally replace the Roof to start with)!
