Your summary won't be objected to by any of longs horrified by the current share price.

The only point I'd take exception to is 'for $194 Million you can buy' because anyone that wants 100% of Noront's ROF claims and jv's is going to have to pay serious dollars. *Of course I realize you're just using the market cap to make a point.

Round off the ROF current and guess at chromium (bet we hear more soon about potential size) and add just tiny bit for current/planned exploration away from current Eagles/Blackbirds. Yeah you probably come in at 30 billion and who knows what if rest of players turn up similar deposits.

Does that kind of mineral resource justify infrastructure? Anyone really believe a road/rail line won't go in? Anyone really think only one major will be interested? Anyone really believe Dick Nemis will take one dollar less than maximum value? Anyone think that the millions of dollars allocated to drilling the ROF won't turn up more Nickel, Chrome, Zinc, Copper, Gold and pgm's?

I'd assume the extra cost of providing infrastructure and mining in this area will mean offers somewhat less than those for Voisey Bay but in the end a hundred million dollars here or there won't make or break this mining camp.

My seat of the pants low ball offer from Mining Major right now is probably the $10 Dick Nemis talked about over a year ago. Get really aggressive and spin off Windfall doing deal for 100% of ROF properties at $9 a share.

Will this happen tomorrow? Who knows I'd not rule it out even if I think first step would be a Major coming in for percentage on some big jv deal.
