Given the timing of the FNC Halt, and their SP action, it is apparent that they had a bit of a coffule with the Exchange on getting the Halt in place. If it was a planned News Release by FNC they would have halted before the open. Unless the Exchange sought to give some side kick chronies some time to manipulate the SP. Or the Exchange may have called the Company to seek a halt due to the sharp Down move in the SP (NOT likely in this Market today) even though the Entire Exchange moved down by over 5% in but a few hours.

Conclusions abound but either which way, there have to be some worried Shorters out there today.
