We are in a period of low liquidity where money just isn't entering into the junior exploration market. Put it down to supply/demand as there just aren't enough buyers willing to do their research and invest in Noront AT THIS TIME.

If anyone wants to give away their shares now is the time to do it but if you know what you're holding on to eventually the market will correct and investors come in, then we'll breath easier.

The time to sell is when demand picks up whether it's because of news or major buying in or whatever. A few thousand or few hundred thousand shares trading at these prices shouldn't cause us to panic.
