Thought i would ask this question on the weekend while the board was kind of slow. I'm sure Coswil will have the answer i'm looking for but anyone else who knows, please respond. TIA
According to the latest Management presentation, NOT has 129.3 million shares outstanding (basic) and 132.8 million (fully diluted). What is the difference between the both?
Also, when you look up a stock and they have for example 98.6 million shares outstanding, does that mean the entire company is comprised of 98.6 million shares or that is just the amount released by the company to be publically traded? If it is only a percetage of the company, is there any way to find out what percentage of the company has been released to be pubically traded.
Thanks all
