Not a bad viewpoint to have although tax treatment is better when outside of RRSP since only 1/2 of capital gains will be taxed. Still over long term might balance out and you won't be as tempted to take immediate gain by selling out of an RRSP.

Honestly Noront is about the only junior exploration company (soon to be, if not already, a major) where planning on a one year or more hold makes a lot of sense. Many of us will be tempted by a $10 share price when holding longer could make that $15 to $30 and hard to see any other mining stock with that kind of potential.
