a remote suggestion : Time to merge SPQ & Noront

Both are undervalued,

Both have Chromium,

They share the same office,

NN is officer of both companies.

Both are in the best area of ROF.

SPQ has ~ 4 million and Noront has ~ 40 million cash in hand.

Most technical information are shared.

SPQ JV holds around ~6% of land claimed in ROF

Both have extra good relationship with First Nation

Is there any chance that Noront offer a price ,let say. ~20 cents /share to SPQ in form of Noront shares i.e. ~ 12 shares of spq in swap of 1 Noront share

For Noront ,it needs to issue ~ 25 million shares, we may need an extraordinary shareholders meeting to pass the resolution.

I have invested in both of the stocks.

But my standpoint is more on Noront ..
