If AT12 proves to be a success along with rumored AT1 I think that will be a tipping for a point of entry by a major. Then we wouldn't have to rely on Windfall which we are just speculating on what might be there . I believe that's why NOT is running wide open to prove this thing up fast as possible to get a 10 percent plus buy in which would allow us enough cash to get the job done for an eventual buyout. Inturn anything coming from Windfall would be a bonus and not a gamble let's hope it works this way!
