Your concerns are a very real possibility.

I think that we have to rest assured that management (RN) are about 5 months ahead of this as proven in the procurement of the noteable help that was recruited a few months ago (The search would have begun quite a while before any selections were made.), the money that was secured for present day operations and the development of the Windfall exploratory efforts.

It gives me great confidence that the management are thinking well ahead of our forum. I do believe that because of all the forward planning, organizing and implimenting along with the regular day to day operations, this board is working very hard and have little time to maintain a steady communication conduit to ourselves who are sitting here (a few months behind) clamoring for more news.

I too am concerned of pressure of buy-ins, buy-outs and takeovers from any major at this point. This is probably the worst time to have any of this happen with the markets being out of favour, our SP being so far out of whack and a commodity boom about to start.

I must believe that the management have thought all of this through and are working very hard to remain well ahead of the game in planning for the healthy future for the company and for all of us.

We are very lucky to have a person like RN leading the team as he seems to have our best interests at heart. This is a very valuable asset for us. I have some interest in another company that does not have this regard for the shareholders and we are being sold for what seems a very low price by managers who seem to be well looked after by the buyer.

So I think that we should try to give management as much room to run our company and give them as much moral support as we can. I believe that in a short time the company will have the SP well above what most of us can presently imagine.
