Wow, I'll put my hand up for missing completely what throwing 'Glencore' into Noront/ROF equation could mean.

Scary outfit with the savy, footwork and muscle to, with Noront participation, pretty much buy control of the 'ROF'.

Are these 'players' aware of Noront and the 'ROF'? Pretty hard to image these guys not being completely up on what's unfolding and thinking about how to benefit.
