Anything is possible but until Noront come out and say how much they intend to take out for bulk samples I'll remain skeptical.

I'm surpised Noront hasn't come out with details regarding 'their plan' for Windfall. I tried months ago to get some answers and they just didn't want to comment. It doesn't seem unreasonable to have them be more specific and layout some time frames. If bulk samples will be pulled in September then great, if October that's fine too but lots of investors would like a bit more information.
