greetings goldie...news that xstrata shutting down 29000 t/y in south america probably caused the bump...good for us but the real reason might not be scheduled maintenance but cost of close to 8 bucks to produce a pound when sale price is 8.80...4 month shutdown is a long time...also switching from oil to coal for fuel may suggest oil is goin up again...or is it the chavez factor?...commodities are hurtin...globe this morning was down on commodities all over...majors leaving exploration to juniors...dunno...im so new that i dont want ya thinking that im a basher...just some thoughts...later...
