Doesn't this statement open up so many more possibilities.

How much steel and other metal production has left the north american market because of better availability of things such as chrome and moly in the asian market.

How much of this could be repatriated because we will now have a source of chrome. North America is an importer of ferrochrome. Having a reliable source of chrome ore, and a need for ferrochrome, it is a natural that we would look towards processing the ore into the end product locally. This could drastically change the economies of steel and other metals production within North America. These are the things that will come to light over time, as the whole picture begins to take shape.This could be a huge lift to many sectors of our economy. Very exciting just to speculate on where we could be 5 years from now with this.
