Just spoke with pleasant gal in NOT's office. Did not want to pry or be impatient... My only question was : Will NOT file the 43 - 101 on time today, or will there be a delay, and if so, why?

She said that the 43 101 document would indeed be filed today, and it was probably in the hands of lawyers right now. She said it was a 40 page document so it would take some time to review but indeed it has been filed.

She said I could check Seder.com for any official listing.

She too is waiting very patiently. :-)
