Cosidering it was Greenspam who burst the bubble, it is hard to believe it was not orchestrated from the begining.



Look at the Fed rate steady rise prior to the Housing bubble bursting.... This rise in intrest rates is what triggered the demise of the Housing market... Fight the inflation boogie man... burst the housing price bubble.

I think Alan is grossley overrated as an enonomist.... Many would put a different lable on him.
