the next bid is 3.01. We're going below 3 today very likely unless we start with an N.R. The 3.25 is an attempt to prop it up with the bid/ask both at 3.25. I've seen this a few times over the last days and it never works.... not to mention the asks that will jump in very quickly courtesy of you know who.
