I've been saying in a number of posts that IBK needs a rocket up their you know what, these are the guys that Noront looks to to increase share holder value in the short term, not JP Morgan. It is about time that Richard had a serious heart to heart with IBK and gave them some ultimatums and if they don't or cannot perform find another company that can.

Supposedly $15B in chromium plus all the other ores at McFaulds, lock in Windfall and we're still trolling in muck at $3 per share. I guess we're still not out of the abyss yet.
