Chrism, you're right on the money.

I recall that JP Morgan approached Noront, and not vice versa.

Also, it was insinuated that JPM was not being paid a fee by NOT. but rather JPM would be waiting in the wings until "buy out" time, and then JPM would be paid for their great expertise in the final negotiations for a fine buy out price.

I understood that IBK Capital was the firm that was going to handle the "marketing" of NOT. I haven't seen much effective marketing!

On a number of occasions ,I have asked that we shareholders be provided with a report from IBK Capital outlining just what they have done to market this great little company, here and abroad.

My requests have never been answered ,and I gave up, assuming they went down a mysterious black hole somewhere...and I went into patience mode ,thinking that the timing of everything should be left to Richard and the team. But I've been given no reason to be impressed with IBK.

Let me know if I have the role of these 2 firms reversed!
