It demonstrates:

available liquidity in the mining industry

consolidation of the industry leading to buy outs

Xstrata is a potential suitor for Noront's assets and how they behave is relevent to Noront Shareholder's

So I believe that this NR was worthy of Noront even though it did not deal specifically with Noront. Could Agoracom please explain on which grounds it was removed? Thank you.
