Not much to disagree with in your post but I'll try one a few points.

There actually has been a lot of holes punched into the chromite layers so a preliminary estimate of chromite grade/tonnage could potentially be released. This is so rich that Geologists have been working flat out to get a handle on it.

$15 Billlion is a lot of zeros AND I don't expect the Geologists will have enough information or show any willingness to place a dolllar value on the deposit. Lot more work required first. Like you however I'm drooling at the possibilities.

Burnt Hill, Mexico, China, Hungary adding value to Noront, I'm completely discounting this since any value creation will be years off and pretty penny ante compared to Windfall and 'ROF'. Could blow those properties off and wouldn't drop the share price a nickle.
