From the July 4 news release

(5) The effective date of the mineral resource estimate is July 3, 2008.

Eugene Puritch, P.Eng., Tracy Armstrong, P.Geo. and Antoine Yassa, P.Geo of P&E Mining Consultants Inc., are the authors of the Resource Estimate Technical Report on the Eagle One deposit to be filed within 45 days of this news release.

My impression is that this resourse estimate for eagle one is to be filed within 45 days.....this will not include the chrome deposits at blackbird 1

It seems though from reading some of the posts here that people are expecting some kind of resourse estimate or 43-101 on blackbird one in August....if that is the case, I think some will be disappointed
