Recently most junior mining companies SP have come down so much ( as well as money being tight)so there are a lot of hesitant investors sitting on the side lines getting ready to jump in again with the juniors they fell in love with. I think they would rather be averaging down with the stocks they`ve been following ,than buying into something new.
