Everyone keeps mentioning a major buying in for 10%...

How does this work exactly? I presume that they do not buy in on the open market. Does it work like a PP where more shares are just created?

How many of the 128 million shares do you feel are in LONG hands? If three NRs come this week , or if they start naming Eagle 3 and 4 or Blackbirds start lining up, what is going to keep a major or hedge fund from trying to take us out quickly at a much lower price than we feel we are worth? Can we easily defeat such bids?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I just have never (unfortunately) had the good fortune of having to contemplate such nice things.
