Observation: Presently, NOT's sp is not experiencing the downward pressure that it has been receiving of late.... selling into the bid. This morning has taken not from a 3.06 open to 3.18 but presently sits at 3.15 in this lunch hr. The movement has been something of a two steps forward ... one back. Will it continue? Stay tuned for the afternoon.

Impression: It is refreshing, at the moment, to see reluctant sellers to match the reluctant but resigned buyers, hence the low volume but presently escalating sp.
