because every time you observe a situation the circumstances change, there appears to be a slow but steady buying pressure. Presently 3.18. CIBC was selling down to 3.14 followed by a short barrage of buys up to the 3.18 mark immediately following. Any of the cheaper shares get gobbled up. Oops, just sold down down to 3.15 by First. :)
