not for Eagle 2 setting up such high expectations for the nickel and dissapointing the market...But eagle 2 will be remembered for giving birth to Blackbird 1-the 49.4 meter thick section of 39.1% Chromium. Going back to AT12, from the description they give, it would have been called Eagle 3 already but management is now much more conservative and wishes to verify some facts before announcing Eagle 3. I think hole #3 will go a long way into convincing management that AT12 deserves the title of Eagle 3.
Now here is a perfect example of 1+1 is way more than 2. Assuming AT12 does not dissapoint and is a bonified high nickel deposit-we do not need 7%, 2 % will do just find-the 9.5km between Eagle 1 and Eagle3 will confirm the statement by Prof Mungall that the high sulfides could of only been deposited by a thru carrying system likely measured in km...or something to that effect. This will dramatically increase the likelyhood of more deposit being found out there and will increase the blue sky effect and the value of the prospective land.
So if the next NR is titled "Eagle 3 has landed"...This will be the best news we could have and the market WILL reflect this.
Cheers,
Glorieux
