Look, NOT is not, at all, fairly valued. Those such as Paul Van Eeden and Cannacord who would choose to value NOT based only its defined resource, are taking a very narrow and myopic view of things, as MMs often do, and you have to wonder what their motives/ intent is.... It beneficial to espouse such views if you are short the stock... One day this ilk of anlayst will have to eat very large portions of humble, "I was dead wrong", pie.

Unfortunately everybody wants to be right, and people can irrational in this end. There is strong and solid logic behind the supposition that NOT is desperately undervalued, and the foundation of that logic is the abnormally depressed market and highly pessimistic market sentiment - the perfect time for smart, logical investors like us, to buy.
