Thank you for your post. The main trust of this challenge is to get this info to new investors. The people that frequent this site are convinced this is a special company and that the future looks bright for both the company and us as shareholders. However, this site has become a little incestuous where those who believe are here day in and day out but are tapped out or are satified with their investment at the current stage. We need new blood...and money. As retail investors we have numbers to our advantage. There is probably 1000 people a day that frequent this site. If we get everyone to send this info to 10 individuals wether it be friends, family or other posters on agoracom, stockhouse or any other investor website-we... If people can spam it on other stock bullboards etc...we will get more exposure and this is what this company is lacking. So I hope everyone does there little bit, takes 10 minutes and spreads that post. What those individuals do with that info is totally up to them. They will do their DD and make a decision that fits their situation. All we can do is get the info to as many potential investors as possible.

The share registration part is to increase the awareness of retail shareholders out there. 10% is a target that represents 12.9M shares. Is it reasonable? I do not know. Time will tell. But as the registry grows, it will have more weight and when I talk to Richard, I will be able to say that I have 5%, 10% or maybe higher of shares outstanding available to support management. The individuals that register their shares will be put on a group e-mail list that would only be used in case management needs support only.
