CIBC and Merrill Lynch

Nice finish today. We'll see pretty soon if the rumor becomes fact.

Just recall that this morning house 39 had an iceberg ask at $2.85 and sold >100K. For Canadians, you might know that Merrill Lynch Canada got bought over by CIBC. I wonder if CIBC knew something this morning so it used house 39 intentionally to hold the price and to grab cheap shares as many as possible before the wild rise.

I might be wrong. Anyone knows if 39 is to be used by ML US only?
