I do believe you understand the situation.

Consequently, the Regulatiors are purposefully contributing to making the STOCK MARKETS more a "GAMING" facility than an Investment Environment.

And in so doing, they are giving the REAL BIG MONEY a extremely REAL BIG STICK (vastly superiour tools, research teams, and computer algorithms, etc.) with which to BEAT ON the smaller players and Retail Investors!

To what END???
