He can't! It is all a SCAM and the liquidity thing is turely bogus as in effect it ultimately results in total Illiquidity, cause real investors will give up on the SHAM and move out of the market completely (either having beem mugged or in full retreat with what ever cash they can rescue while in retreat).

The Stock Markets have been turned into a "GAMING ENVIRONMENT" with the current Gaming Theory in place! And Regulations were established to ensure the GAMING ENVIRONMENT maximizes on Manipulation acumin.
