AT1 still needs to be drilled deeper and more aggressively.
Eagle One and AT1 are not one and the same.
Confusing? yes. But we can see that they are two distinct areas on NOT map (use link and scroll to bottom).

Now that FNC, whose land abuts AT1, has announced they will be drilling soon, the following takes on more urgency and interest -
In Kaiser's Feb report he states "Noront has not yet drilled immediately to the south of its Eagle One discovery [This would be AT1] where any new zone is likely to straddle the Fancamp boundary"
Along comes NORONT's April 2nd release which seems to be the start of drilling in this area. But this is all we get.
"AT1 - This short, strong, deep airborne target was tested with four drill holes and although the favorable peridotite host rock was encountered, no explanation of the geophysical response was obvious. Deeper penetrating ground surveys, including down-hole probing will be carried out here to guide future drilling at greater depths. The four holes all along local grid line 4500E, tested the peridotite down to a vertical depth of 150 meters."
Only four drill holes and only 150 meters deep. That's it. Then they move on.
I haven't seen any more mention of AT1 since this April 2nd release.
It is only logical that they will be putting another drill here soon, to dig deeper and solve the 'geophysical response' - and very likely around the same time FNC drills their side of the line... so next week?
Keep your eyes open for this one!
