I agree: afterall, black swans are black birds.

And finding a very large chrome deposit in North America, which I believe NOT.V is doing, is as unexpected and improbable as finding a black swan in a flock of Canada Geese.

I'm looking forward to the news release, maybe today, that will explain NOT.V's chrome discovery to the world.
