Possible reason for missing Eagle two results and RN interview

Could it be that we have to wait for the Eagle 2 results and the RN interview because Noront talked to majors about a buy-in? The windfall news release indicates that we should see Eagle two shortly....this news release was comes out three weeks ago...Any comments on this topic?
